This is a blog by the friendly folks in the IdeaGlow team at Accompa, Inc. We’re a cloud software company with HQ in Silicon Valley.

One of our products is IdeaGlow – a cloud-based software for building Employee Suggestion Programs (ESP). So, we spend a lot of our time helping our customers (companies of all sizes, from Fortune-500 companies to growing startups) build their own employee suggestion programs & make them successful.
